I will post better photos as they become available. I am thinking of doing a series of paintings of second-tier landmarks around the area. It could be argued that all local landmarks are second-tier hereabouts– I can’t of any evidence to the contrary just now– but I guess that I mean landmarks which would be familiar and prized by locals rather than a more transient population, such as tourists or guide-book writers.
